Planning, designing and construction supervision of Saindak Copper-Gold Project Township near Taftan. This project involved architectural design, detailed engineering design and construction supervision of all infrastructure, water supply & sewerage, roads, electrification, mosques, clubs, telecommunication building, shopping centers, housing for bachelors, married quarters, official residences, central mess, hospital (including all necessary equipment), school and parks. The township is spread over a four square kilometer area. The consultancy included preparation of design and tender documents for each phase of the works, pre – qualification of contractors for the civil works, bid evaluation and construction supervision.
